guest broke house rules and refused to pay extra person fee

My last guest who left 1 week ago added one extra person in the apartment without my concent or authorization and now is refusing to pay the fee for extra guest.

How can I preceed with this charge?

Ana,

You can always use the resolution center to request the money. If they don't pay you can get ABNB involved to mediate the matter.

I had the same type of situation.  The guest booked fo 3 people.  My clearly stated polict on the site is $50 for each additional guest per night.  At 9:30 on the night of the start o the reservation, the guest informed me that they'd be 5 instead of 3 people.  He said he'd leve $100 on the counter when he left.  We informed him that he had to pay through Air BnB and that the charge would be $200.  He refused to make the requisite change. Air bnB has gotten involved.  I am anxious to see how this gets resolved.  The person was a horrible guest- noisy, disrespectful.  He did not seem to understand the difference between Air BnB and a hotel/motel, which is where he should have stayed.
