guest departs early

My guests left a day earlier and left a list of some very unfair complaints. What do i do and can i speak to someone?

You can respond to the review online........remember what you think is unfair may not be unfair to someone else. If the review is completely vexatious then I would contact AirBnB. However if you have good reviews all round then most people see through someone who is just being extra picky.
