I have this guest who has been trying for three days now to book the same night, nbut her payment doesnt clear so i decline.
Yesterday I asked her to find somewhere else and today again I asked her to stop sending me booking requests and now again I got a booking request from her. That is now th efifth time she tries, and already the date was blocked for two days while i waited for her payment. (every time she gets 24 hours to sort it out while my calendar is blocked, she tells me she will go to the bank, she also asked if she can pay when she comes, which is a big no for me).
Honestly by now I am just fed up of her and her unfortunate booking attempts and wouldnt enjoy hosting her even if her card cleared. Should I keep accepting her until payment goes through? Any opinions?
I would decline, has gone on long enough.
Since you've done the dance long enough, just go report her by flagging her latest booking message. You can give Airbnb a short reason for flagging too.
