help with listing discription

I want to improve my listing discription.

which details are more relevant and should be on top?

@Maor0  I don't think you really need any help as your place is beautiful, pictures very attractive and 36 reviews are super positive.  Most hosts would love your success!

thank you so much @Linda108. I try to do my best to improve from time to time, and you feedback certainly raise a smile on my face.

nontheless, my booking rate is 1.5% . i guessed a proffesional phots and a better discription might help, so while the first one is in progress i still strugle with discription.

Only change I would consider is to not ask questions from potential guests, but just allowed them to fit in where they think they belong: 'If your love affair is cultural then ....." , "If your cup of tea is 'X' then ....." and so on. Another vein that is also attractive is to use the words like  'imagine' or phrases like 'picture yourself in...' or 'experience ....', etc. Good luck and you have a fine place.
