I did not accept or mean to accept a reservation request. Maybe there was an error with the system or I pushed the wrong button by mistake, can you please cancel without penalty?

This is something you will need to call Airbnb about and see if they can help you out.  Although Airbnb has moderators on here, they do not typically answer questions as hosts try to help hosts here.
