to everyone be carefull booking with alexander or philippe in their apartment on 206 4e avenue in quebec city,yesterday me and my girlfriend went there expecting to meet one of them to get hte key as we had booked it the previous night for one night stay,and it was confirmed even though the hosts never replied back to my email other then that is was confirmed,then when i arrive at their place,it was given to someone else even though it was conformed to us,we ended up going home very angry and dissapointed,we spent gas money and renteda car for nothing,all they said were were sorry lol,dont trust these hosts,this never happened to me before and i hope it doesnt happn to someone else

They should have helped you find somewhere else and give you a 10% credit as well as refund.
