There is only one way to do this. Click HERE.

Answer a series of questions, eventually you will see a box saying. I still need help. Click it.

Another box opens, write your question and click  Send via email. I found this out a few days ago and received a response fairly quickly.  Someone will respond and you will receive an email and a link to access the area online.  It works like a super slow chat box.
