besides of the many, many worsenings of the sites functionality making things more complicated and less intuitive all the time, airbnb now even doesn't offer an email from questions, so I must ask here:
Today I had a booking (that I accepted) and at the same time a request for the same period that I wanted to decline, because the booking just reserved for those dates.
I wrote a short message to the requesting person and clicked "decline". The message was sent, but the request still appears under "pending", but as soon as I click on it, then on "decline" the button gets grayed out and nothing happens.
How can I get rid of this reservation request, so that I will not have an unansered request degrading my reputation thanks to airbnb's unfortunate programming skills?
