how to send a special offer to someone who has already booked
The "send special offer" button is not appearing in our message thread. It is the same message thread we used to communicate and book a reservation a few months ago.
KAra - If they have a guest who already booked and reservation is in progress, you will need to do an alteration of the schedule/calendar and adjust the costs there. The guest will need to accept the alteration so ensure you email on Airbnb platform and detail what the changes are to the reservation before you make the changes.
