Do I need to have a license in ontario for bed and breakfast through airbnb?

You need to check with your municipality first, and then with your local tourism office. I am sure that you will need a license and inspections as well as extra liability insurance that is not covered by airbnb. If you want to serve food, you need an additional license for that as well.
