I asked this question earlier today, never got a reply. A reservation is made at one of my rentals (Endless Summer, Keaau, HI) for Feb 19, 20, leaving 21. It says the payment is pending. I have someone who would like to reserve Feb 17 & 18, leave 19. When I clicked on pre-approve, it said those dates are not available, but they are available. How can I make it that they are available, because they are. Also what can I do abou the Feb 19-21 reservation that says payment is pending. When will airbnb attempt to run the visa card payment again and see if it clears?
Probably you have received a email from Airbnb with the problem if indeed there's a problem...
If there is a problem with the oayment you may cancel the reservation with no penailties...

I always try to work out all the problems with the guests to prevent any cancelation...
But this decision is ultimately with you... Specially if you already have a guest waiting to confirm...
My March is completely available and yet I can't confirm a guest in any of my listings because the system believes that there is an unavailable day in there. How do I resolve this?

Great to meet you. I have just clicked through to your profile and I can see that you presently have 'Zagar House' active and it looks like it is bookable. Is this the one you are referring to or is there something showing which suggests that it isn't active?
