Does anyone know what my recourse is for a misleading review?

One of the best recourses is the "public response" - where you can publicly tell your side of the story of the guest's review. Just remember to do your best not to sound defensive, as these responses often come off that way (in my opinion, anyway) and, in such cases, can work against you.

After leaving your response, do whatever it takes to move forward.   It's easy to get caught up in feelings that aren't helpful.  (My experience.)
