moderate cancellation, no refund

moderate cancellation, no refund

i have a moderate cancellation policy. my guest cancelled 3 days before checkin. airbnb gave them a full refund. shouldn't i receive about half the total? there was not info given me about extenuating circumstance. what's up?

Are you sure this was for your moderate listing?  I noticed one of your listings is set to "Flexible".  If it was for your moderate listing, I would contact Airbnb and demand an explanation.
