moving a booking to another property

I am bringing up a 2nd property next to my current property.  I have a booking on the current property that I would like to move (with the guests approval) to the 2nd property.  How do I cancel the one and book the other without generating a refund.  The costs would be the same... and of course the billions that airbnb makes are not enough for them to man a phone... nice.. Bill

You can go to the reservation, choose change or cancel, then change, and then choose the new property at the scroll down menu for your properties.
