my response is blocked to all booking inquiries

Why is my anwers blocked to all my booking inquiries?? My guest are not reciving my massages to booking inquiries. No matter how many times I pre aprove, they cannot see my massages. I lose a lot of bookings. It seems to be a blockage somewhere.
