new reservation DOES NOT HAVE anonymized @guest.airbnb.com in the itinerary -- not good

Hi there,

 

I just made a new reservation today. I noticed that the itinerary DOES NOT INCLUDE the anonymized @guest.airbnb.com email address anymore.

 

In other words, there's no way for me to reach out to my guests via email.

 

This is not good. I have a 27-page online Tips & Tricks manual for my guests that is in Google Drive so I always send an email with the link to it.

 

Is this is a system glitch?

Hi, Dave! If you go to the reservation itself on the airbnb app or web platform, you can find their email by clicking on their reservation.

This can be very easily fixed --- just ask your guest to let you know their email address.  Then you can send them things via email.
