not getting notices from Airbnb

I have been hosting for years. For the first time today a guest sent me a message and Airbnb failed to notify me by email or text that the message had been sent (I usually get notifcations both ways.)  The same guest sent me another message hours later and it took more than 4 hours for the message to show up in my airbnb inbox and again airbnb never notified me that it was there.  I would like to et airbnb know but can no longer find a way to communicate with them.

Same thing has been happening to me.  Airnb's number is 1-855-424-7262.

It's been happening to us as well.  Some notices come to my phone, some notices to my wife's, sometimes there will be an email, sometimes there won't.  There's no rhyme or reason to it and it has cost us a couple of bookings.
