not received payouts for last two trips

Have setup up payout  via payoneer. Its been 10 days since the last trip and i have not recived any update from airbnb on the delay either.

I would give customer service a call. If you iput a new payment method, perhaps it is still being verified and that is why your payments have not been released. You have to make the effort to contact them first. Make sure you have the details of the trips you were not paid for handy.
