Lots of glitches in the last 10 days, some payments get sent to me as usual while other apparently random ones get sent to my co host for the same listing.
The only payment method on my listings is my paypal, i then pay the co host separately, this system has worked fine for a year until 10 days ago, so far 4 different bookings were paid out to my co host ($1600).
Airbnb have told me it is a glitch but have so far not been able to resolve it and currently all payments have been stopped rather than sent to the wrong host, i am awaiting for a resolution....
many future payments are not on my transaction schedule meaning they are probably ear marked to be incorectly sent to my co host...
Its a mess, airbnb need to get on top of this.
Hello @Ed162,
Thank you for starting this topic here.
I wanted to let you know, Airbnb has now fixed the issue (apologies for the delay!), and payouts for the impacted hosts are on their way. All affected hosts will also receive an email shortly with more details.
I hope this is good to hear.
Thanks,
Lizzie

Hi @Lizzie,
Thanks for update, however, i just got an email from alex at support saying that airbnb would not be re embursing me for lost payments (payments were sent to old co host and are unrecoveralble).... Alex did not mentioned at all or acknowledged the other payments which were stopped and are being held by airbnb... I need these released to me and not sent to people no longer working for me.
He has told me to start debt collection action against previous cohost to try and recover monies that were incorectly sent to other people, this glitch is the mistake of Airbnb and the company should take responsibility for the errors it made, it is not my responsibility to try and collect from old cohosts.
This total lack of accountability by airbnb for their mistakes has demonstrated that hosts cannot trust this company.
very dissapointing.
Hi Lizzie,
I wish I could say the same thing for our account. We have received no support and been left without mayor chunk of income since more than 3 weeks now. I wish they would care a bit more.
Hiya @Oliver222 ,
Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your payouts. Have you reached out to Customer support yet?
Thanks
