photo of guest not clear

Hi! I have received a booking request from a person whose ID was verified by Airbnb, but the photo is blurry and I can't see his face. What do you think I should do? Will it be ok if I request this person to post a better photo? Thanks. Claudia

@Claudia14, yes, that would be acceptable. AirBnB requests that members post clear, full-face pictures. Does this person have any reviews?

Has he/she written anything about him/herself in the profile?

Thanks, Donna! No, the person hasn't got anything on his profile... I'll email him asking for profile and a better photo if he wishes to stay at my place ! Thank you!
