photos dont appear

Hi,

I had photos made by a proffesional Air bnb photographer of 2 apartments, in two diferent dates,  the last one 4th of July. one is uploaded, unluckely to the other apartment, so i changed it myself.

the other ones have not been uploaded at all.

Where can I contact? The photographer cant provide any help....

I also had professional photos taken and received an email that they were uploaded to my page, but they are not there.  How do I find the photos to ensure they are uploaded?
