potential guest made an inquiry, yet i received no email.

i just discovered an inquiry in my messages from 3 days ago. there was no text message or email from airbnb. this has never happened before. has anyone had this experience before? i am a regular/frequent host and it is disturbing to have missed an inquiry. i pride myself on being very responsive and keeping a high rating.  any tips or thoughts are appreciated. thanks, karen

Yes this has happened to me recently and just like you I couldn't explain it. Fortunately I only missed it for about a few hours and I suppose just check your inbox regularly

Yes this is happening to me too since the last iPhone update!  

Same! And Airbnb just keeps sending me the same canned response about checking my junk mail folder.
