pricing of 2 rooms in the one booking

I have a problem with pricing . I have accommodation offering 2 bedrooms lounge dinning bathroom and kitchenette , If a couple book I close off one room and charge accordingly, if 2 people book and both have a room how do I charge this on your system?

@Nicole850Make two listings and link them. One listing is one bedroom entire place. The other listing is two bedrooms entire place. If you link them, when someone books one the other will automatically be blocked.
