problems with my village allowing airbnb listings

it seems the housing committee has or is trying to make Airbnb / short term renting a problem where I live.

so I have two bookings for today and next week and I will decide my plan of action.

until then I just raised my prices 300% and hope I won't get a booking.

I booked a hotel in Jerusalem and an airbnb in Tel-Aviv December 2017.

@Branka-and-Silvia0 yes you are right.The supermarket and other attractions should be happy but its a catch 22 situation.

There is nobody to talk to, and lots of homeowners are doing the same.   

I am just going to rent it to a student who I already know.

Put in an electric meter, today so I know what to add on to his monthly rent.

 my last guests arrived today and will leave on the 15th.

We are making our society too stupid to survive.
