profitability of rural tiny home?
Does anyone have personal experience/articles/websites that can show me real life info on the probability of renting a tiny home on airbnb? We are in rural Missouri on a farm with sheep, pigs, chickens, organic gardens etc. 40min from a big college town and 15 min from a smallish town. 2.5 hrs from St Louis and Kansas City. We are interested in renting some tiny homes tucked into our woods. Its a steep investment without a lot of solid information. Probably $30,000-$40,000 at the end of the day?
Just looking to see if others are actually making their investment back? We LOVE hosting friends and family at our home. I think our personalities would be a great fit for airbnb.
