"Would you host Tim again" Yes Or No ? .... Does this question mean anything?

At the end of reviewing someone it asks "Would you host ____ again?" 

If you hit NO, does this do anything for you? 

Does it mean when that guest goes to book with you again, it shows you are not available? Or is the question pointless? 

I'm sure there is a thread about this already, just couldn't find anything.

I got IB'ed from guests with a bad review... 

The last question made a transformation from:

- Thumbs UP / Thumbs DOWN

- Would you recommend the guest: YES / NO

- Would you host again: YES / NO

Anyway, whatever you do or how you rate a guest with "stars",

they will never find out, because guests ONLY see your written review..!
