"Your listing appeared in search for this night...."

HI Everyone.

I am new to hosting and have had my first guest and so far bookings have been great and still finding my way around the host components.

I managed to find the option to have have different weekend vs weeknight items such as minimum length of stay etc.

When I look at the calendar I see the little green marker and clicking on them I see the message "Your listing appeared in search for this night but people booked other listings that are about $xxx less per night"

Sometimes the cost is like over $100 less and I know the bookings were for places that are not comparable to mine as I have a 2 BR Spa suite and these lower cost bookings are probably 1 BR places in this area. I know this becuase of the extensive comparisons we are all similar in nightly rates for same type of places.  Is there an option to exclude this and only view searches that are two bedrooms etc?

thankyou

Tina

@Tina314Always remember, these messages are coming from a computer, who could only 'consider' so much in its 'thinking', they do not come from some brilliant human mind. 🙂

Perhaps I don't understand what you are seeking, @Tina314, but are seeking for Air BNB to use different comparison parameters in providing information about other booked listings?  Frankly, these comparisons are of little use to me, so I ignore them.  Cost driven travelers are going to seek the lowest price and not be as concerned about many aspects that add value.  You could look at them just to make sure.
