"dates unavailable" despite being listed as available

Hi,

New user here, but wondering whether anyone can help me out.

When I tried to test out my listing/ get my friend to request a booking, it says 'dates are not available" even though I've got them listed as available. 

Can anyone help or does anyone have a similar experience?

I had the same issue and I found out, that dates which appered unvailable while actually were available, had custumized booking rule-sets which can be viewed in right side of monitor by clicking on the date in calendar. In my case there was this menu marked - Availability - > Check-in and checkout days -> Guests can’t check in on -> and all week days was marked. When I removed all the ticks it all worked fine and all dates were viewed as available. I know that I didn't specify check-in days, so it was some kind of system error. Hope that this helps someone.

Have you contacted Airbnb about this? If not they are your best chance of getting this resolved.

For the next person who reads this thread....  It took several hours after I published my listing for the "Those dates are not available" problem to go away.  I published it in the early evening, and by the next morning, it was working fine.

hope so mines doing it too !!!

 

it doesnt work on me, I got this problem in a week until now , anybody can help me?

 

Here's hoping mine works as well!

Frustrating to look at the open calendar on one device and have 'dates not available' showing on another device.

thank you patricia for posting the solution... would have been nice for someone from airbnb to pop in and say, "Chill guys, give it 24 hours..."

i have same problem, writing them 4x in a row no answers still,..i have no idea why it is like this,...
