In the summer holidays my nightly price is £200 with a one week minimum. Someone just requested a week but the price they were quoted came up as £179/night. No idea why. Can anyone help?

Hi @Sandra32
I see you have a reservation from July 23-26 and this date is when you change prices from 150 to 200… The 179 you got must been base on the average he paid for the nights.
And please double check your prices… as from time to time we see problems of prices inadvertently going back to its base rate and without any explanation…
