refund for services used by guest without my permission

Hi. The apartment I host has some extra services (paid separately), like beauty treatment, etc.

A guest has used one of these services and put the bill on my name. It was in January but the the bill has arrived only this week to me. He has never asked me or talked about it. 

Is it possible to ask for a refund in airbnb?

Yes if the date is during the guest stay. Ask the guest to pay using the resolution center and upload a copy of the bill. If they don’t pay escalate it to Airbnb but also I think you May have the right to refuse to pay for the service in your building if the business allowed the guest to fraudulently bill you without your authorization.
