review alert

Hi! I just hosted someone but did not get an alert to leave a review for him and I'm assuming he didnt either. My listing is new so I would like to get as many reviews as possible. With my previous guests,  I had got an automatic reminder from Airbnb to leave a review but this time I can't find any way of leaving a review.  Has this happened with someone before and how can it be resolved? Its been one day since he checked out.

Sometimes the alert is late by a day or two and sometimes it alerts me in the middle of the night when they are still in my home.  Give it another day, also check your dashboard via your computer to see if the request shows up there.

Thanks for responding Nancy. The alert did come in later today, thankfully not in the middle of the night!
