Hi. I had a lot of reviews with all 5 stars and some of them have at the end 4 stars for the overall rating.. and I asked to Airb what I can do.. because really I don' understand. they told me that they send an mail to the guest to confirm that judgment.. but as you easy understand they didn't answer. The only time that I sent a message directly to the guest he answered to me that if I want he will correct it obviously for good reason.... Isn't easier to do a simple average of all the voices ? sorry for my poor English. Best regards. flaminia
