selling a room against the entire apartment

Hi,

i have a 3 bedroom apartment which I'm giving out to guests as an entire apartment. 

Is it possible for me to rent out only rooms depending upon the number of people?

Yes, then you have to create a listing for each room, so each room can be booked separately. You have to  link the calenders with the entire appartment listing to prevent double bookings.

of course it is possible but keep in mind that totally strangers renting rooms in an apartment won;t like sharing the bathroom, will complain about renters (either noise, or slammed doors or taking the only hair dryier in their room). This is how I marketed my 4 bd home initially. AFter getting complaints - especially about the bathroom - I figured it is much easier to rent the whole place to families and groups.
