superhost status

airbnb is saying that i have a 0% review rate under the "superhost" section. any idea why? i have reviewed and have been reviewed by every guest that has stayed.

I can see 3 reviews by guests on your profile, @Bahareh-and-Jake0.  If those are all the guests you've had, that isn't the required 10 (completed trips by guests), is it? 😉

So shouldn't it be at 30% ? Everything else show the correct percentages!
