Hi,

according to the Stats in my dashboard, we should have received superhost status but for some reasons we did not get it.

We had more bookings than requested, 100% commitment rate and over 80% of five-star reviews.

Can anyone please help to find out why we did not get superhost-status?

Did you by any chance cancel a reservation because this won't give you Superhost stardom.
