teenage guest - any problems. I have no references

Should I accept a teenage male guest with no references? Anyone had experience with younger guests? My house rules say no parties - however I am not on site and will worry about my place.

Airbnb policy is guest must be 18 and over. Make sure he is verified before you accept.

Ask him to get verified by uploading driver's license or passport.
