text notification

hello, for some reason i stop receiving text notification from guess, my respond time now dip to 94% due to dependant on the text notification. can any one say why is this happening?

I too, have had my text message failing. I missed a 6 month reservation because of it. Who is going to recover that for me? I have contacted Airbnb several times and have had no success getting anyone to tell me anything except to check my settings. It is not my settings I assure you. Where do we go from here?
