tripdvisor sync Airbnb calender

Can someone tell me how to copy the airbnb calender so that i can post in Tripadvisor? It says i need to export .ics calender. How do i do that?

For a long time I used to do all my sync with google calendar... 1 google calendar syncyng all my websites...
