I lost my original account with great reviews.....I wrote twice but now a guest says i am listed twice.....how can i resolve this>

Of course, this shouldn't be possible if you used one email address. You can confirm whether you have duplicate listings by doing a search "Where are You Going?" for your area and type of listing. If you find duplicate listings under one email, select one of the listings and Unlist it. 

 

If you set up the listings again under  a different email, then you can have duplicate listings. In this situation, log onto the account that you DON"T want and deactivate the listing.
