Reservation made in error - you should not charge me with a cancellation. This is for Vera on Jan 8th. They have a 1 yr old child and my listing clearly states the building IS NOT child safe, so I emailed Vera this and she said okay. But you still have it listed as a reservation.

 

By the way, it is very confusing to figure out how to get in touch with airbnb itself.  And I find it very annoying that you are constantly changing the website.  Just when I get used to it, you change the whole darn thing and I have to start all over again.. I really don't want to spend hours figuring out how to work the airbnb site yet again.  Can you settle on something that works and leave it alone, maybe, perhaps?
