updated listing, photos, and house rule changes: how to let guests know?

We've recently done some renovations and had some house rules change, and I wanted let all our future guests know about the changes with out having to message them all individually (we do three rooms, so it's a lot of messages...)

Is there a way to let upcoming guests know that the listing has changed? Does airbnb have a multi-message feature or does the program message guests if a listing has been updated?

I am fairly sure your house rules stand as written at the time of booking as it forms the contract between host, guest and Airbnb. Enforcement of different rules/charges would require you to cancel and redo the booking which I would not advise. If not critical let it slide until your new guests. Cheers. David
