Lovely to meet you, I am sorry to hear you are having problems with this. 

Just to highlight, the Community Center is for host to host discussion and isn't monitored by any of the Support Team. This said, can I ask which part of your listing you are trying to save? Can I check that you are logged in when updating this and you aren't having any problems with you password?
