wanting to up-date calendar

wanting to up-date calendar

We have not opened our account for some while.....Today, I have done so in order to up-date our calendar  BUT the site is not allowing me to access the calendar. I've simply been going around in circles as I am asked time after time to input our password details and then it  times me out ! Can anybody help please? Might it have something to do with the inactivity on our listing?

Welcome to the Community Center, thanks so much for posting your question. Is your listing presently active? Perhaps by chance the last time you logged in you snoozed or deactived your listing as you were not going to log in for a while? This useful 'How to Guide' shows you how to unlist your listing, but with the same information you will be able to check if you are active. For the first step I would recommend this. I hope this is helpful. 🙂
