we are not getting our email reservation requests. We must check the website to get them.

Can anyone advise what to do about not recieving email requests from Airbnb.  We have gone through all the steps to insure correct address etc.  Can I call a help line or...?

HI, did you figure this out?  just today, by accident when i was on the airbnb site, i realized i have a reservation request but i didnt' get it on my email.  this could really be bad.  there seems to be no way to actually contact airbnb.  thanks, ginnie
