We have not been paid by airbnb but the funds have been released according to them. It is impossible to get a message through to airbnb, always refered alsewhere.
Have you tried calling Airbnb directly?
Many people have had great success posting on Twitter with the @AirbnbHelp handle. They will then ask you to DM (direct message) them. It has worked wonders for many especially if you have tried calling.
One possibility is if you've already been paid out and give a refund afterwards, AirBnb will take it out of your next guest fee. So if you get $200 from hosting then give a refund of $100, then if your next guest fee is $100 you won't get paid out because it'll count towards the refund you gave. You can check this at Host->Transaction History->Future Transactions. This happened to me before.
