we never received payment from one guest--how can we collect it?

Our guest stayed with us 2 weeks ago. We never received payment for her 1-night stay. What's the best way to collect it?

Hi @Melissa25, I had this happen and was able to see payment for the reservation was listed "pending" or something like that under "account" and "transaction history".  I called airbnb and they fixed the transaction so I was paid.

How did you contact Air BnB? I can't seem to figure out a means to contact them!  I have this issue and am wondering when I'm going to get the payout.  Thanks so much!
