weekly and monthly pricing percentage discount

I changed my rates to include weekly and monthly percentage discounts, However, when I received a reservation request for a one-week booking, the discount did not apply. Should have it applied automatically? Do I need to input it as a special offer, each time?

Hi @Jaymi0,

Are you sure they did not apply the discount?  I put dates in for a week and it gives me the 10% discount.

$165 per night for 5 nights and $180 for two nights.  $1185 - $118.50 (10%) = $1066.50 rounded up to $1067.

Could it be that because the cleaning fee brings it back close the the regular amount you might be thinking the guest is not getting the 10% discount?

How do I change the percentage as I decided not to apply it yet... now I carn't find it at all.
