when i check my listing get this error msg "This listing is no longer available. "

Hi,

Pls help me to get rid of error msgs - This listing is no longer available. currently i have not reived any new inquiry or booking for almost 5-6 weeks. i did check my profile using outsiders user name and found that when some one click on my listing in sserch page it gets below error msg

Hi kasun, you are right it says that your listing is unavailable but we don't get the 'Oops 403 Icecream girl' so you are still an active member. Check on your editing page and make sure you did not accidentally de-list your property

The last item on your calendar/editing page should show the status of your listing! It should show 'Listed' with a green dot. If it does not and shows 'Snoozed' or 'delisted' click that box and select the listed option.

Another reason for this possible disapearance....Have you declined a lot of enquiries recently? Airbnb will remove or hide listing which they feel are declining guest enquiries to often. If that is not the issue you will have to get onto Airbnb and have them investigate. Unfortunately I can't help you out with an Airbnb phone number for Sri Lanka but you may already have contact details.

Hi again Kasun, Airbnb do not provide a public email address because with over 800,000 Airbnb hosts around the world the system would not be able to handle the volume of emails it would receive at any time. The platform is promoted and opearted as a booking site not a service site, and that does introduce some problems.

As I said in my last mail I do not have access to any phone contact information for Sri Lanka. The only two reliable methods of contact are:

Firstly, if you have a Twitter account this appears to be the fastest and most relaible means of contacting Airbnb. Someone will answer your direct message (DM) generally in a few minutes or typically less that half an hour!

Contact via Twitter as follows.....

Step 1: Log into Twitter

Step 2: Search for @Airbnbhelp and choose "Follow" them

Step 3: Send a Direct Message (DM) explaining your issue and wait for their response.  They may ask for information such as your listing but always provide it over DM so it is not public.

The second method would be to post a question on Airbnb's Facebook page. The disavantage of this is it becomes a public message

I am afraid, not being a native of your beautiful Island of Sri Lanka I can't give you any more information than that.

@Wendy-and-Frank0 I am not sure how you are managing to open Kasun's listing Wendy! His profile shows up to me with the listing under his profile name but when I click on the listing is shows as being 'no longer available'!

I cannot understand how that could be the case in one browser and not in another. Did you actually try to open the listing or just look at the address of it from the profile. 

I have tried every way of searching for Kasun's listing in a variety of different windows and in each the answer is the same....

'The listing is no longer available'

@Kasun0, scroll up.  @Robin4 has listed a list of phone numbers to help you with this.

I can see the listing and click on it.  When I try to book a date, it's telling me there are no openings for the next year.
