wrong price calculation

hi folks, 

I have 2 listings for same flat - 1/Wknd whole flat, 2/Midweek private bedroom.

'Midweek' not calculating the 2nd person charge.

Lots of requests for 2 people at 1 person fee, which have to decline and explain.

Have "additional person charge after 1st guest", yet process doesn't apply the extra.

Has anyone experenced this, or know of a fix?

We had the same error. problem is you can't call or e-mail Airbnb ..... where to report this?

I couldn't find a way to communicate with them either.  The system is great when it works, but sucks when it doesn't.
