wrong star review (1 star for location)

Hi,

 

With one guest who stayed with us for the second time we seem to receive wrong star ratings every time. Last time it appeared she gave us 1 or 2 stars when in reality they were all 5 stars. After contacting Airbnb they contacted guest who confirmed they were all 5 stars and we got the stars back. Now she checked out, reviewed very positively, but it seems she left 1 star on location and, since the history with her reviews, I think it's still a problem with Airbnb website.

What can I do to readdress this problem?

Hi @Roberto7,

 

I would do the same thing as last time.  Have the guest contact ABB and have it changed.

We also experienced 3 wrong ratings of stars due to problems of the Airbnb website. Just keep calling Airbnb until all the ratings are back to what they should be.

 

Normally if the guest confirms the rating in the private message, Airbnb will take it as a prove as well.
